Clippership Wharf in Boston MA was a 640,459 square foot project that consisted of apartments and condominiums, within four buildings comprised of approximately 478 residential units on the upper floors, and a mix of residential, community, restaurant, and recreational uses at the ground level. Clippership Wharf provides access and enjoyment of the waterfront, and to some of the most striking panoramic views of downtown Boston available along the Boston Harbor. In another successful collaboration, Lendlease and Field Control Analytics were able to partner to ensure the site was safe and secure, and the workforce was communicated with effectively.
