This Atrium Sumner project is a 10-story mixed-use, senior building, designed to meet Passive House standards, is a testament to innovation and inclusivity.
Collaborating with Lettire Construction Corporation, we provided our site access control technology and workforce platform to support the creation of approximately 197 apartments, adhering to HPD’s Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (SARA) program. As a Project-Based Section 8 Rental Subsidy Contract recipient, the Atrium at Sumner fosters affordability, with all units underwritten at HUD Fair Market Rent.
Thirty percent of the units were set aside for formerly homeless individuals and households, and comprehensive services will be provided to all residents through Selfhelp’s Housing with Services model.
