Beaver Stadium

Enhancing Safety and Workforce Visibility at Beaver Stadium

Field Control Analytics (FCA) supported the $700 million Beaver Stadium Revitalization project at Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania. This complex effort to build a stadium required exceptional safety, workforce coordination, and real-time labor visibility.

A tri-venture of Barton Malow, AECOM Hunt, and Alexander Construction led the major renovation. The scope includes the new PAM Health Misitano Family Tower, upgraded premium seating, and wider concourses for fans.

FCA helped the team build a stadium that stayed safe, secure, and efficient from start to finish. Our platform tracked daily workforce activity, verified credentials, and ensured only approved workers entered the jobsite.

Each summer, the site hosted up to 1,000 different tradespeople. At peak times, about 450 workers were active on-site daily. FCA’s access control tools support Superintendents and Safety Directors in keeping site activity compliant with safety protocols.

Our digital onboarding reduced delays and expedited worker access to the site. Credential checks ensured workers met training requirements before stepping on-site. These safeguards are essential when you build a stadium at this scale.

FCA’s labor tracking dashboard gave the project team a clear view of workforce hours, subcontractor activity, and jobsite performance. Teams made faster decisions, caught issues early, and avoided costly delays.

We helped reduce administrative overhead while raising safety and workforce accountability. With better data, the tri-venture partners maintained control across thousands of worker shifts.

By using Field Control Analytics, the Beaver Stadium team completed a key phase of this high-profile project with confidence. Our tools helped them build a stadium ready for the future—safe, secure, and supported by workforce intelligence.
