California Rail

The United States' First High-Speed Railway

Field Control Analytics partnered with Tutor Perini on the beginning of ongoing construction of the United States first high-speed rail system. This 5 year project will change the way Californians commute for generations to come. The phase 1 section of the tracks starts at Avenue 19 in Madera County to East American Avenue in Fresno County, including major work elements in downtown Fresno. It includes 12 roadway / railroad grade separations, two mainline viaducts, one tunnel, realignments of existing railroad tracks, utility relocations, roadway relocations, two trench sections, and a major river crossing over the San Joaquin River.

She facilitated product-led growth and innovation at Charles Schwab, launching digital products that reached millions of users delivering a combined $40 million in annual savings and revenue while building GTM programs that turned customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
