Clippers Stadium / Intuit Dome

Enhancing Workforce Management at the Intuit Dome with FCA

Field Control Analytics (FCA) proudly supported the AECOM Hunt | Turner Construction joint venture in delivering the $2 billion Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California—now the official home of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers. This remarkable project is a prime example of NBA arena construction at its finest.

This 18,000-seat arena is more than a venue; it represents a new era in NBA arena construction. With a design focused on fan experience, sustainability, and construction innovation, the Intuit Dome sets a new benchmark for professional sports facilities.

From the start, FCA played a central role in jobsite security and workforce visibility. We provided digital access control that ensured only credentialed workers could enter the jobsite—keeping the project secure, efficient, and compliant.

But our value extended far beyond the gate.

FCA’s Data Analytics Team delivered powerful, customized reporting. These reports gave stakeholders insight into workforce compliance, site participation, and safety observations in real time. With that data, the project team quickly identified challenges and responded before issues escalated.

That proactive approach improved site safety and reduced costly delays. FCA’s platform helped teams stay aligned and informed—across thousands of worker shifts, trades, and subcontractors.

Moreover, we streamlined administrative tasks and reduced manual labor tracking. Our workforce management tools provided a clear picture of who was on site, when, and for how long.

In fast-paced, high-visibility builds like NBA arena construction, data is critical. FCA helped the Intuit Dome team turn raw workforce data into confident decisions and smoother execution.

By integrating advanced technology with real-time analytics, FCA empowered the project team to deliver on time and uphold the highest safety standards. Our contribution to the Intuit Dome highlights how smart workforce solutions improve performance on the biggest stages in construction.
