NYU New Student Center Building

New York University Expansion: Multi-Use Academic and Student Center Building

Located in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, New York University’s (NYU) John A. Paulson Center at 181 Mercer is NYU’s largest new campus building since the 1990s. This multi-purpose academic facility boasts numerous classrooms, instructional spaces, and rehearsal areas for NYU’s drama and music programs. It even features NYU’s first professional-level proscenium, fly-loft theatre for student productions.

Beyond academics, 181 Mercer offers study spaces and a state-of-the-art sports center for NYU’s student-athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The building also includes housing for both freshmen and faculty, fostering community and convenience. It truly represents a fusion of purposes in one remarkable structure.

Field Control Analytics supported Turner Construction Company to ensure seamless coordination and efficient implementation. Leveraging advanced analytics and real-time data, we have enhanced decision-making processes and optimized resource allocation, contributing to the project’s success.
