The project, located at 8th and Figueroa, boasts a 42-story luxury high-rise with 438 rental units. It offers extensive parking and top-notch amenities. These include a swimming pool, fitness center, resident lounge, and a Sky Lounge. Additionally, it features ground-floor retail space. Spanning over 360,000 square feet for residential use within an 850,000+ gross square foot area, this ambitious project targets LEED-NC Silver certification.
