A Home for Seniors and Those In Need of Memory Care

The construction of 2330 Broadway, a senior living community in New York, demanded precise attention to detail and workforce safety certification. This 17-story, 140,170 square foot building accommodates 178 residents, providing a peaceful haven in the city.

Field Control Analytics and Hunter Roberts Construction Group partnered to use access control technologies. This technology ensured all construction workers received their safety certification and had the appropriate credentials prior to starting work on-site.
