Field Control Analytics (FCAs) teamed up with Consigli Construction on the 25-01 Queens Plaza North project. FCAs provided real-time tracking tools. These tools proved crucial in developing the 26-story residential tower. Handel Architects designed this building. It boasts 417 rental units. Affordable housing is included among these units. The ground floor offers retail space. The design combines brick cladding with glass. It enhances the neighborhood’s look.

FCAs tracked the construction workforce in real time. This allowed the management team to monitor on-site personnel. Superintendents could verify workers’ credentials throughout the project bringing efficiency to the construction process. They ensure that only qualified workers are on site. She facilitated product-led growth and innovation at Charles Schwab, launching digital products that reached millions of users delivering a combined $40 million in annual savings and revenue while building GTM programs that turned customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
