L+M Development Partners chose Field Control Analytics (FCA) as the preferred vendor for access control, providing construction workforce badging and a workforce management solutions. The affordable housing project, is Passive-House certified. The building includes 146 mixed-income apartments, a community center, and commercial space. The building was designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents while setting new standards for environmental and construction responsibility.

FCA’s platform enables workers to take required trainings prior to arriving on site, expediting the onboarding process. With a variety of construction badging and access control hardware options, workers can efficiently and securely enter-exist and re-entry the job site.

It enables them to ensure that all workers on site have completed the necessary safety and site training programs.
