A Buidling that Define the Future of Miami Office Space

Field Control Analytics (FCAs) partnered with OKO Group in the building of 830 Brickell in the heart of Miami’s financial center. FCAs access control solutions supported site supervision of this innovative project.

Serving as the first Class A+ freestanding office building constructed in over a decade, 830 Brickell stands as a testament to innovation and sophistication in Miami’s evolving office space landscape. This project was designed by the renowned Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the masterminds behind the Jeddah Tower and the Burj Khalifa. Standing at 724 feet with LEED Certification, this energy-efficient marvel features a dynamic kinetic wall around eight parking stories. It uses full-height insulated glazing, low-E tinted glass, and a hurricane-impact system, offering a sustainable, resilient office space.

Field Control Analytics solutions supported the construction management in daily site supervision. With real-time and historical data Superintendents could see who was on-site when and track verifiable worker hours.

Before joining FCA, Caitlin advised emerging tech and nonprofit organizations on growth strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution. She facilitated product-led growth and innovation at Charles Schwab, launching digital products that reached millions of users delivering a combined $40 million in annual savings and revenue while building GTM programs that turned customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
