Daytona Speedway

Renovating The Iconic Daytona International Speedway

Field Control Analytics partnered with Barton Malow on the renovation project of the iconic Daytona Speedway. By integrating access control technology and workforce management software, Field Control Analytics provided essential support to the Barton Malow construction management team. These solutions were crucial for efficiently managing the workforce that conducted the renovations.

The project aimed to improve the spectator experience. The renovation included, installing 100,000 wider seats for enhanced comfort, new club-level seating, and new suites. Additionally, the renovation doubled the bathrooms and tripled concession stands, cutting down wait times for both. These improvements were part of a vision to modernize the facility, creating a more enjoyable atmosphere for auto racing fans.
