Supporting the Arthur Ashe Stadium Transformation with Smarter Workforce Management

Field Control Analytics (FCA) proudly supported AECOM Tishman in the $550 million transformation of the USTA Arthur Ashe Stadium renovation in Queens, NY—home of the U.S. Open.

This multi-phase project included a new Player Performance Center, upgraded training facilities, and a state-of-the-art Hospitality Hub. The Arthur Ashe Stadium renovation was central to the effort—enhancing both the athlete and fan experience at one of tennis’s most iconic venues.

Construction took place on an active campus that welcomes nearly 850,000 fans annually. Keeping the site secure and efficient was essential. FCA’s access control platform helped meet this challenge head-on.

We ensured that only credentialed and authorized workers could access the jobsite. Our system verified qualifications, streamlined onboarding, and provided real-time visibility into workforce activity.

By delivering clear insights, FCA helped the AECOM Tishman team maintain control across every stage of construction. We reduced risk, supported compliance, and helped keep the schedule on track.

Additionally, our platform also lowers the administrative burden. Teams no longer needed to manually track labor or sort through paper logs. She facilitated product-led growth and innovation at Charles Schwab, launching digital products that reached millions of users delivering a combined $40 million in annual savings and revenue while building GTM programs that turned customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
