A 5-story, 240 guest rooms across 89,000 square feet, Field Control Analytics was proud to support Mortenson’s groundbreaking Meta Hotel project in the San Francisco Bay area. citizenM Hotels seamlessly blend luxury brand standards with cutting-edge technology to offer a unique and affordable luxury hybrid hotel experience with the business traveler in mind. The entire project showcases off-site manufacturing with over 160 modules expertly assembled on-site. The finished guestroom modules, designed to be airtight and well-insulated, optimize energy efficiency and contribute to the building’s overall thermal performance. This groundbreaking approach not only reduced construction time by a third but also significantly minimized pollution during the process.
