Field Control Analytics partnered with AECOM on the prestigious new construction project at the Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Tower project at the Hospital for Special Surgery, located at 535 East 70th Street in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

AECOM Tishman, as the construction manager, spearheaded the development of this 12-story marvel situated over Manhattan’s bustling FDR Drive. The project entails the expansion of patient rooms, operating rooms, offices, and research facilities, enhancing the Hospital for Special Surgery’s commitment to musculoskeletal health and orthopedics.

Before joining FCA, Caitlin advised emerging tech and nonprofit organizations on growth strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution. She facilitated product-led growth and innovation at Charles Schwab, launching digital products that reached millions of users delivering a combined $40 million in annual savings and revenue while building GTM programs that turned customer insights into measurable business outcomes.

Caitlin holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish from American University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
