Standing as the tallest building in Queens as of 2022, New Line Structure Skyline Tower contains 802 residential units with 360-degree views of Manhattan, the East River, and surrounding neighborhoods. The six-story building houses commercial space, and double-height amenity spaces including pool, outdoor terrace, fitness center, spa, and parking garage. In addition the project included a brand-new entrance to the Court Square E/M/G/7 subway station. Building over the subway line and next to the 7 train tracks required sensitive construction logistics. Given the complexity of the project, Field Control Analytics was chose to participate to ensure the site access was secure, and workers credentials and certifications were up-to-date.
